Woww ! Sincèrement, je suis très difficile à impressionner en restauration, mais notre expérience de ce mercredi 15 janvier fut plus que satisfaisante. La présentation des assiettes est très réussie. Au niveau des entrées, nous avons été surpris par la cassolette d'escargots demi-glace, porto & champignons sautés. Un délice en bouche ! Le potage de brocoli est excellent également (servi bien chaud). Pour les plats principaux, très équilibré également au niveau des saveurs. Belle accord met-vins de la part de notre serveuse (qui a une très belle personnalité, soi-disant passant). Au niveau du dessert, on s'est laissé aller avec le conseil de notre serveuse. Le gâteau au fromage Biskoff.... Tout simplement décadent. Vraiment, nous allons y retourner assurément.

Je recommande un arrêt, les employés sont géniaux, en plus d'un excellent repas, on peut en profiter pour une petite recharge à la belle station de bornes Evera .
