Juste un petit commentaire que j'ose espérer positif, le saumon fumé (linguine au saumon fumé) est très salé, ce qui, avec les câpres nuisait à la qualité du plat. Pour ce qui est de l'entrée, les escargots en sauce demi-glace porto & champignons étaient sensationnels, & la pizza au canard confit, oignons caramélisés & chèvre était également formidable.

Vous devriez mentionner que vos thés sont aromatisés. Une camomille devrait goûter la camomille & non un mélange de fruits & fleurs
