Wow! Nous avons vraiment trippé sur notre déjeuner au Bonnet d'Âne. Tout était excellent, copieux & vraiment savoureux. On s'est régalés du début à la fin. Une super belle découverte, on va définitivement y retourner! 🍳🥞

What a gem of a place!
I discovered this cute little bistro as I was passing through the city & left more than satisfied. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted & well taken care of. I had their lunch special, & opted for a salad to start. It was delicious. The burger was great as well. For dessert I got a half portion of'sugar pie' (it was HUGE!) & I absolutely loved it. It's a shame I forgot to take a picture of it but it was my favorite part of the meal.
The young lady serving me was an absolute pleasure & served me with so much kindness & good energy. The prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

J'ai pris un brunch dans cet endroit merveilleux, & je vous le conseille vivement ! Le personnel est adorable, j'ai pris une assiette composée de plusieurs choses pour un pris très abordable, la déco est très originale & chaleureuse. Ils ont une carte petit déjeuner jusqu'à 11:30 puis une autre carte avec une belle diversité de plats.

Après une longue marche dans le froid, on s'est arrêté dans ce café bistro pour un chocolat chaud & un dessert. Tout était très bon incluant le service. On souhaite y revenir pour un repas complet. Bel établissement chaleureux !

Incroyable expérience gustative dans une ambiance d'antan & service impeccable. J'ai mangé une assiette Ben & Dictine aux légumes du moment sans pain, directement sur les patates à déjeuner. Les légumes étaient savoureux & le déjeuner a grandement dépassé mes attentes! Notre serveuse était clairement à l'aise dans son rôle & anticipait nos besoins. Je recommande fortement & j'ai bien hâte d'y retourner! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time coming in here. We had our reservation for brunch & arrived 10 mins early. When we arrived we got seated quickly but we were told we only had 1 hour to dine as there are upcoming reservations they had to accommodate.

This really set the experience off for us as we too had a reservation. They did say as a note to be mindful of time but usually we expect a specific time to be given for us beforehand & not when we arrive. & 1 hour is really barely cutting it in time.

The service was average overall but what caught us off guard is our waitress checking in almost every few minutes to see when we are done. We felt really rushed & made the experience disappointing.

The food is good. We ordered eggs Benedict & the skillet. The skillet was great but the potatoes on the Benedict were unseasoned for our taste (just need a bit of salt). Also the portions are small for the price range. But overall well balanced flavors.

We were seated by the window & during the winter it does get cold so its just something to mindful if you're visiting during the cold season.

Would probably not come back again because of the experience we had.
