Many guests praise the diverse selection of high-quality pub fare, such as burgers, tacos, and mac and cheese, noting that the portions are generous and the prices are hard to beat in Quebec City. While some reviewers mention that the music can become quite loud and the restaurant gets very crowded, the service is generally described as friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Despite a few isolated reports of inconsistent food quality or slower service during peak hours, most visitors appreciate the late-night hours, the fun decor, and the casual, lively environment, consistently recommending it as a must-visit spot for those seeking a fun and budget-friendly dining experience.
I had a coke, & a plate of Pierogies. Both were flat.
The coke was flat, I mean, no carbonation whatsoever, but not as a flat as the flavor of the Pierogies. I did not know it was possible to achieve such a tour de force.
The dish was so bland, vapid & tasteless that we could not finish it & endep up grabbing a shawarma down the street.
I can't get over the dead-carbonized onions fighting the 2 shreds of cheese ( @ 1.12$ per shred, it's extra ) over a small insipid pile of papier maché. Thank Gawd for the 5 bacon bits & the scallions.
We still, to this day, wonder what was the stuffing & TBH, me think it was frozen stuff warmed up & fried.
The waitress was nice, thought, but not enough to make me ever try again.
