Nous avons adoré le cendrillon. Le service est très bon, les serveurs d'une grande gentillesse & la bouffe est épatante, un coup de coeur pour le risotto!

Bonjour,

Je prends un moment pour vous faire part mes commentaires. Je me demandais s'il y avait eu un changement dans l'équipe ou l'administration depuis la veille du jour de l'an? Ma première expérience a été sublime, mais ma visite du weekend dernier m'a quasiment choquée.
La carte des vins, l'ambiance, le plateau de charcuteries & huîtres étaient à la hauteur de ma première visite, mais les autres plats étaient plus que décevants.

1. Poisson du jour:
Poisson était trop cuit, manque de goût, spätzle n'étaient pas du tout cuits à l'eau comme ils le devraient, ils étaient brûlés par une friture. Vraiment le plat n'avait qu'un goût d'huile brûlée... plutôt décevant.

2. Assiette de boudin & pétoncles:
Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité des ingrédients. Les 3 pétoncles étaient trop cuites, même brûlées, la laitue frisée n'avait qu'un goût d'huile. Le boudin était bien par contre.

Le service était excellent par contre... bien qu'à la fin, plutôt que de me demander si je voulais autre chose, on m'a simplement dit qu'on m'amenait les factures... j'imagine que mon regard en mangeant n'étaient pas super joyeux, mais tout de même!

Bref, c'est vraiment dommage!
