Il n'y a pas de critique à faire sur le Fin Gourmet, sauf qu'il ne sont pas assez connu comme place à Quebec. Le ceviche de pétoncle dans le jus de pamplemousse fondait en bouche.
Le calmar nous faisait saliver au premier coup d'oeil, cuisson parfaite , excellent .
Le pain tomates, on en mangerait plein tellement c'est fou comme il est bon & craquant, mais attention il faut finir les plats commandés.
Le gravlax de canard, ce plat vaut le détour au fin gourmet, c.est malade & incroyable comme c'est super bon.

Tout était excellent: la qualité du service, les petits plats & tappas, le mélange des saveurs en bouche, le vin suggéré, l'ambiance amicale.
