I had an incredible dining experience at Le Grand Café on December 31! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding-staff were attentive, friendly, & made us feel truly special on such an important evening. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented & bursting with flavor. The menu offered a great variety, & it was clear that a lot of care went into the preparation of each course. The ambiance was elegant & festive, which added to the celebration. Despite it being a busy evening, everything was well-organized, & our reservation was handled seamlessly. I highly recommend Le Grand Café for any special occasion-or even just a memorable night out. This place truly knows how to deliver an exceptional dining experience!
J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon expérience au Grand Café. J'ai trouvé l'ambiance agréable & raffinée, & les serveurs sont très disponibles ! Chaque plat était savoureux & le service très rapide. Mon coup de coeur ce sont les ailes avec la sauce piquante ! C'est un endroit où je retournerai avec plaisir.
Visited during Christmas time, didn't get to experience the outdoor seating. Which I assume is that makes this restaurant nice as it is located at the foot of battlefield park. Tourist prices, portions are small, quality is slightly above average. For what it's worth, during Christmas time being able to make a reservation on the Eve of Christmas at rush hour dinner time was quite accessible. This restaurant isn't all to rave about, it is a Cafe at best & the food is decent. Can't expect it to be fine dining.

My husband & I popped in there this Sunday morning & had a delightful brunch experience at Le Grand Cafe. I ordered the breakfast pizza & it was delicious & made for a fun & unique dish. Crust was amazing so I want to come back for lunch ti check out their pizzas. Ambience was quiet & we were sat by a window with a very enjoyable view. I look forward to returning.
For the location, decor, & price I found this place disappointing. They should rename it to just "Le cafe Quebec" because it's not as grand as it might lead on. I tried the escargot & salmon tartare. The salmon tartare was blander & less meaty than what I expected, I got better salmon tartare the previous night at a different restaurant. The escargot met expectations, but did not exceed expectations at all. I found the blue cheese to overpower the garlic flavour I was looking for in the escargot.
J'ai récemment soupé au restaurant Le Grand Café & j'ai été ravi par l'expérience. La serveuse Caroline était attentionnée & sympathique. Les plats étaient délicieux & joliment présentés, avec des ingrédients frais de haute qualité. L'ambiance était agréable & élégante, idéale pour une soirée spéciale. Je recommande vivement Le Grand Café :)

J'ai été au grand café avec des amis ce lundi 13 novembre. La nourriture était vraiment très bonne, l'ambiance du restau m'a beaucoup plue. Nous étions pratiquement les seuls dans le restau. Cependant, le serveur semblait très pressé. À peine avions nous terminé notre entrée, il venait retirer les assiettes & nous apportez le plat de résistance. Ça nous a déjà semblé bien bizarre. La soirée s'est poursuivie tranquillement. Nous apprécions le moment entre amis. A 21h15, le serveur nous a demandé de nous en aller car nous sommes les seuls & ils ont décidé de fermer le restau plus tôt. Ça a terminé la soirée sur une note très désagréable. Mon chum est allé chercher l'auto & nous attendions mes amies & moi à l'entrée du restau, au chaud. Jusqu'au moment où le serveur a mis l'alarme & nous avions été contraintes de sortir attendre dans le froid. Heureusement que mon chum venait juste d'arriver avec l'auto. Le serveur a lancé un « vous êtes gâtées » comme pour mentionner que nous avions la chance qu'il soit arrivé à ce moment là. Sinon on aurait attendu dans le froid. C'était vraiment décevant, car le repas était vraiment très bon.
Calmars frit calcines deux assiettes de suite manger quand meme la deuxieme assiette pour ne pas incommoder la serveuse tres professionelle ,on avait commander 3 calmars mes invitees on changer pour des caesar .nous partont de Drummondville pour aller au Grand Cafe depuis plus de dix ans nous aimions les calmars & les escargots au bleue.tres decus.
