I never write bad reviews. My mother was a caterer, & I'get' how chaotic it can be in the back of the'house.' I asked for a veggie omelette but wanted it less'overcooked' than the standard restaurants. The waitress came back to explain that they could not accommodate. I just wanted it to be less time in the pan, which technically would have saved the team less time. My veggie omelette ended up being a Western omelette. When I explained the situation, I was told initially it was my true order. However, my spouse was there, & he confirmed that I had ordered correctly. It took a while for the waitress to come back & ask if I wanted something else. I get restaurants' margins, so I was not going to return the food. I am against food waste. The fruit cups for both of our plates were 2-3 days old. Again, I am no princess, but my spouse, who never complains, said,'Never again.' Coffee refills for my spouse, but not for me. We were recommended by Motel La Plage. I hate to give a bad review. I am not a'Karen.' Just so disappointed. The views are fantastic, & I am sure it is a great restaurant. But it is a shame, just because we are not regulars/locals, it was more of a pass.
