Located in Old Quebec, Les Frères de la Côte is a relaxed and lively neighborhood bistro. A perfect place for a good meal!
Originally, Les Frères de la Côte were buccaneers at total freedom. Being all part of the same community, they shared both the risks, the tasks and the spoils harvested on their way.
Les Frères de la Côte are equal among themselves. The "Hunting party" agreement, which regulates the sharing of the loot at each operation, provides for a share to compensate the injured. Once this contract is signed, the crew members team up in pairs to help each other in the event of illness or injury.
Brothers! To your glasses! To all those urban barbarians who have been with us for ages, this free world that always pushes the limits of speech, creativity, movement, thought and pleasure, you, Les Frères de la Côte.

Since the opening of the restaurant in 1989, our team has relied on the quality of its know-how and the loyalty of our customers. We are close to people and we want to share our passion.
