Je suis venu deux fois & le service était toujours très attentionné. Délicieux onglet de boeuf, carpaccio... à côté du château & pas trop bondé le midi.

Had an excellent breakfast experience. Servicr was very attentive & with a smile. Food was great & new flavors. Outside dining was perfect right along bustling neighborhood. Wonderful experience & would recommend to all.

J'y suis allé avec ma conjointe & j'ai tout aimé, du personnel jeune & sympatique à la salle magnifique. La nourriture est excellente & tout semble fait maison en plus des prix , plus que raisonnable. Ce n'est pas un attrape-touristes malgré l'emplacement, c'est un super restaurant où nous avons un passé un beau moment & dans lequel on se sent bien.

Très agréable souper dimanche soir grâce à Christine qui a été aux petits soins pour notre table de 6. J'ai pu goûter à la bière avant de faire un choix & elle a travaillé fort pour que j'obtienne une délicieuse tartelette au citron pour le dessert! La salade des Mordus était aussi très très bonne! Je recommande sans aucune hésitation! C'était ma première visite mais pas ma dernière!

Best dining experience in Quebec City. Food was amazing-easily worth more than the price we paid! The service was the best we experienced while visiting. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable & very attentive. When a member of the wait staff brought my wife the wrong glass of wine, our server noticed it immediately from across the dining room & proactively came over to correct it.

Nous sommes allé à la Brasserie pour une réunion de fin d'année pour notre équipe. Nous recherchions un endroit charmant & une ambiance décontractée. Nous avons atteint notre objectif à 100%. Personnel attentionné, tranquillité d'un salon privé, bouffe délicieuse, le tout superviser par notre serveur Rafael. Bravo à toute l'équipe, nous reviendrons certainement.
