Dear David, We are the owners you are trying to shame. Please allow us to add some perspective on your destructive comment. On our small terrace, we have only 3 tables of 4 and 8 tables of 2. Inside, we have tons of tables of 2, including on the side of windows. When you arrived on our biggest day right in the middle of dinner, our terrace was full. We gave you a great spot on the side of a window. You then saw a table of 4 available outside, but were told that we couldn't give it to you because you were 2 people. We have accounts that your waiter and your hostess (in fact our manager) were kind with you, they just didn't give you what you asked for. You were also offered to take a drink at the bar while a table of 2 would get free : you declined. What you interpret as greed is called common sense by most people : during prime times, the only 3 tables of 4 available outside are dedicated to groups of 4. Inside, we also keep tables of 6 and 8 to larger parties, and we have not yet been shamed for that. You felt frustration, it is understandable in itself : you saw something, wanted it, and it wasn't given to you. So there must be something wrong about it ? And we are your culprits no matter the valid reason behind it for any restaurant in this context. Please know that we are a hardworking team and we also are fully committed owners, who do whatever they can to satisfy every need and give a top quality experience at a very reasonable cost to all our guests. It doesn't mean that we are greedy when we take a few needed decisions like keeping our only 3 outside tables of 4 for groups of that size at prime time. It is your choice to take your time to harm our reputation instead of being supportive in our efforts to survive after 3 horrible years, but we will respectfully disagree. Best regards, The Mordus
