Très beau repas servi au salon VIP
Seuls bémols;
*aucunes ustenciles prévus
* livraison demandée a 19h00, sommes arrivés a 19h02 en nous excusant & la jeune femme qui nous attendait avec la livraison nous a mentionné que cela fait tout de même 15 minutes qu'elle nous attendait 🧐 & nous avise que nous devions prévoir de prendre nos ustensiles dans notre chambre ou elle avait des ustensiles de plastic pour nous dépanner.
Un charmant jeune homme accompagnant la jeune femme s'est empressé de sauver la mise en nous offrant d'aller chercher des ustensiles au restaurant pour nous.

Ventilation de la chambre tres sale, le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas nous avons appelé pour le faire changer ils ont changé le frigidaire pour un autre & il ne fonctionnait pas plus. Le déjeuner servi à notre chambre était à la bonne heures mais les oeuf n'étaient pas cuit comme nous voulions.

Service aux chambres : nourriture très froide à l'arrivée à la chambre (nous avons dû mettre nos repas au micro-onde, décevant pour des repas à prix élevé!)
