L'Îlot, located within the Entourage sur-le-Lac resort, has all the ingredients for a 5-star dining experience. I'm giving it 4 stars, & here's why.

We had an 8:30 pm reservation, & although the restaurant wasn't busy, it took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us & another 10 minutes to be seated. A smoother & more attentive welcome would really elevate the first impression.

Once seated, we ordered the duck pasta (a standout dish) & the cod, which was slightly overcooked but still flavorful. For appetizers, we had the mussels in chorizo sauce-excellent choice! That said, the staff forgot to bring extra plates for sharing & one for the empty shells, even after we mentioned it. Small details, but they make a difference.

Desserts were beautifully plated & tasted amazing, though once again, napkins were forgotten after the table was cleared.

We enjoyed our dinner so much that the next morning we decided to order breakfast for room service - & it was great! The only issue was that it arrived on a rolling tray that wasn't covered, which made us wonder if dust or anything else could have landed on it. Again, it's about the small details.

Overall, the food was easily 5-star quality-creative, well-executed, & delicious. The service was friendly, but greater attention to detail & consistency would truly take this restaurant to the next level. Hopefully, they read this & make those small adjustments.

Nous avons adoré séjourné deux nuits chambre balcon avec une magnifique vue sur le lac & de plus nous avions le forfait repas déjeuner & souper qui étaient très délicieux!

Tout a été parfait lors de notre souper à l'îlot Repère gourmand! Malgré la température maussade, le beau temps était dans nos assiettes avec les plats les plus fins apprêtés de la façon la plus exquise. Des plats à la cuisson & aux assaisonnements parfaits! Une carte des vins très variée, un service impeccable & de plus, une vue magnifique sur le lac! Merci!

Beau menu varié & excellente nourriture. Nous avons eu un bon service quoique long parfois ; heureusement, nous avions tout notre temps pour apprécier & jaser. Bel espace aussi pour un bistro vue sur le lac. En été & automne, la vue doit être belle.

Cette une note parfaite! Excellent restaurant à lac beauport, nous allons revenir suite à cette première visite 🤩 Le personnel est très accueillant & le service est hors pair. Sans parler de la bouffe qui est abordable & très savoureux
