Le seul repas que nous avons aimé c'est le brunch américain. Nous avons essayé la pizza & les salades & bcp trop cher pour la qualité mangé. Ils devraient penser aux petites familles pour offrir plusieurs choses au menus a des prix plus normaux

Nos repas n'avaient pas de goût. Grande déception pour la pizza sans âme & que dire du Bar européen qui m'a laissé sur ma faim en plus du sauté l'accompagnant qui manquait gravement d'assaisonnement. Le mi cuit de thon Très cher pour la qualité de ce que nous avons eu. & beaucoup trop de graines de sesame. Nous étions 4 & nous avons tous été déçu de notre plat. Il y a 2 ans, nous avons mangé un des meilleurs repas, qui nous avait donné le goût de revenir. Cette fois-ci, nous partons plutôt avec le goût d'essayer un autre hôtel la prochaine fois. Le servir était drôle 2 minutes mais est devenu rapidement gossant.

L'ambiance beaucoup trop bruyante. Manque un peu de service avec notre serveuse. La pizza au procuito manquait un peu de goût. Par contre la pizza lac beauport était incroyablement bonne !

Superbe ambiance sur un site enchanteur, service impeccable & je recommande fortement les pizzas. Les entrées étaient corrects, sans plus. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Merci!

Nous y avons amener nos 2 filles avec allergies alimentaires sévères en prenant le temps d'appeler à l'avance pour discuter du menu & repas possibles. Nous avons été rassuré par le professionnalisme, la disponibilité & l'ouverture du personnel. On a même pu amener du faux-mage pour mettre sur la pizza. Il y avait aussi un brownie sans produits laitiers ni oeufs qui était excellent. Aucune arrachide dans la cuisine également. Quelle belle soirée dans un décor chic & champêtre.

My daughter & I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The breakfasts were great overall. Many times the food arrived lukewarm or even cold. Only once when we had time did I send it back. The dinner menu is very limited & is not reflective of the European style of the restaurant. They have a whole section of pizzas. Huh? The process of making reservations - even though you are a guest at the hotel, they do not have room to serve everyone dinner & breakfast - is only online, & the menu displayed is only in French. Give me a break! I cannot call because there is no answer or it is busy forcing me to go online. Some waitresses spoke more English than others. Then as of Sept 1st, 2021, at each meal we needed to show our vaccination card & ID. Every meal! I know this is new but everyone knew it was coming.
