Hôtel incroyable, même en temps de Covid. Site avec de multiples possibilités d'activités dans un décor magnifique. Cependant, la nourriture nous a un peu déçu.

1er matin: erreur sur la commande
2e matin: 2 belles pancakes super sèches... 1 cup de sirop d'érable d'environ 15-20ml, à peine suffisant pour 1 pancake... 2 petits morceaux de fruits perdus dans l'assiette...
Vivement le retour à la normal!

Nous avons trouvé notre séjour vraiment agréable, décor magnifique ( en dedans comme en dehors). Beaucoup d'activités possible malgré le contexte ( covid) Personnel courtois, accueillant & souriant! Notre souper menu st-Valentin vraiment succulent ( cuisson du filet mignon parfait, homard parfait & risotto tres goûteux! Nous sommes vraiment très contents d'y avoir fait un séjour!

Nous avons bien aimé les entrées & le potage mais un des plat principal n'était pas très bon. Il s'agissait d'une blanquette de veau avec du riz pâteux. Il n'y avait que 3 morceaux de viande donc le repas que nous avons reçu ne valait pas 40$. Il n'y avait pas de petit pain pour accompagner le potage. Pour le déjeuner, lors de la livraison à la chambre, il nous manquait un plat, nous n'avons pas reçu de beurre ou margarine pour les toasts & le déjeuner ne valait pas 85$ que nous avons payé. Nous avons été déçu de la nourriture.

Nous avons dû devancer l'heure du déjeuner. On a laissé un message sur la boîte vocale la veille à 20h30 en demandant de nous confirmer. J'ai rappelé à 7h30 le matin mais la personne qui a répondu ne semble pas avoir fait le message. Nous devancions notre déjeuner pour 8h45 mais rien n'avait été livré à notre chambre à 9h10. On l'a reçu à 9h15 !!! soit l'heure qu'on avait réservé au début!!!

Service parfait mais manque de choix de repas - & c'est un peu chère pour ce que nous mangeons - je sais que l'hôtel est 5 étoiles mais manque un peu pour les repas
