J'ai été très surprise de voir que les images sur le site ne reflètent pas du tout ce qui est servi dans l'assiette. Ma salade caprese etait faite avec des mini boccoccini & non pas une mozzarella di buffala tel que décrit par exemple. L'hôtel étant incroyable j'avais les mêmes attentes pour le repas. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas le restaurant. Il y a un grand potentiel d'amélioration tant au niveau du choix du menu (assez basique) que de la présentation & des saveurs. L'endroit & l'ambiance sont cependant super! Ceci est un commentaire constructif pour l'hôtelier cat je crois sincèrement que de petits changements pourrais faire toute la différence sur l'expérience :)

Tout était super sauf pour le risotto!
Il est servi seul dans l'assiette sans aucun accompagnement & la portion nous a paru plus petite que dans d'autre restaurants (servi aplati au lieu de bombée) Loin d'être rassasiés, j'ai demandé du pain (qui n'est pas apporté d'emblée par ce restaurant. Nous avons fait nos commentaires au Maitre d'hotel & il a dit qu'ils corrigeraient la situation. Donc à suivre...
