Nous sommes venus à cet hôtel en mars 2019 pour 4 jours & avions été enchantés par le menu & la qualité de la nourriture. Nous y sommes de retour cet été & constatons que les standards ne sont pas du tout les mêmes. Pizza froide, fromage même sec tellement c'était froid. Les pâtes pour enfants, demandées à la sauce bolognaise, comme sur le menu, sortent rosées sans viande. Le tataki de thon était clairement fait & réfrigéré à l'avance. Sans aucune épice & fade... Le magret de canard était beaucoup beaucoup trop salée. L'entrecôte, trop mince, trop cuite. Deux soirs & nous sommes plus que déçus. Nous ne voulons même pas retourner, nous mangerons a la chambre pour le reste du séjour. De plus, partout au restaurant les gens peuvent payer comptant alors que ce n'est pas possible à la réception. Deux politiques différentes pour le même hôtel, ce ne fait pas beaucoup de sens..

Bel accueil & personnel courtois. Très bel emplacement, superbe terasse avec vue sur le Lac. Rapport qualité prix décevant. La nourriture est passable sans plus. Les menus mériteraient d'être davantage détaillés (ex. Le tartare de boeuf classique - on n'y mentionne aucun ingrédient alors qu'il y a beaucoup de cornichons à l'intérieur - ce qui est pour ma part inhabituel quand je commande ce type de plat dans les restaurants). Nous étions 5 & il n'y a pas eu d'effet "wow" pour personne.

Excellent service client & le repas etait succulent. Spécial remercient a tout l'équipe de la restauration & au chef Rémy pour ses petits attention vraiment merci. Merci du fond du coeur a l'équipe de la réception & spécialement a mon ami Kianno qui a fait de mon séjour un agréable moment. Merci à tous de la part de Anne Sophie & Ernest
