We've been coming to this hotel & dining at the restaurant for a few years now. This place can be hit or miss, but we still love it because of its charm & warm atmosphere. The staff is generally super friendly, always helpful, & welcoming with a smile.

The food - sometimes it's absolutely amazing, & other times it feels like something is missing. That said, the presentation is always beautiful, & the menu offers plenty of great options to choose from- at different times.

Despite the occasional inconsistency, we highly recommend this place. It's absolutely stunning, a great spot to visit, & the friendly staff makes it even better.

L'expérience à L'îlot est globalement très positive. Parfois on attend un peu trop (on de sent parfois un peu oublié (au petit déjeuner particulièrement) mais la nourriture est bonne, & le service est globalement bon. J'aurais aimé avoir au moins une option de dessert sans gluten, mais ça reste un endroit exquis dans un environnement de rêve. Merci pour ces mini vacances inoubliables.

Nous avons profité du restaurant lors d' un séjour entres amis. Le service, les plats & desserts étaient parfaits mention spéciale aux chefs cuisine & pâtisserie.

Le dessert de la St-Valentin était magnifique & succulent

Nous reviendrons déguster d autres plats.

Le pire service que j'ai vu de ma vie, 25 minutes avant que le serveur vienne pour la première fois, 35 minutes avant d'avoir nos breuvages après qu'il soit venu, & aucune visite à la table durant tout le souper pour remplissage de breuvages, autre bière, vin etc!!
