Endroit beaucoup trop bruyant, aucune délimitation entre les clients & grande salle qui résonne, on se croirait dans une cantine scolaire ! Notre table près des portes coulissantes était en courant d'air. Certes la cuisine est excellente mais les portions sont petites.

Tres bon buffet bruch déjeuner du dimanche

Ca fait plusieurs fois que je vais dejeuner. Hier, dimanche, le service était extrêmement long. Au minimum 45 minutes pour avoir notre commande & quand c'est arrive, ce n'etait pas chaud. Dommage car nous etions avec des amis qui en etait a leur premiere fois

Its always sad to write reviews like this because when booking & going to a restaurant you have high hopes.
I want to start with the highlights.
The scotch egg was probably the best I have ever eaten, perfectly cooked & tasty,
Unfortunately that is where the good part ends. From being seated at the bar because the pre-booked table was not ready. Having to interrupt a conversation after waiting for 10 minutes at the bar to ask if we could order a drink should have told us everything but I guess we thought it would be okay when we sat down at our seats.
It was like a comedy, from having to ask to order another drink, to taking our order that took another 25 minutes (only then because we stopped the wait staff), then forgetting cutlery, to not even asking how the meal was, (main course beef rib was cold on one end & nuclear on the other).
When the plates were cleared no mention of not having eaten more than 10% of the plate by the staff.
After paying the bill in full we did seek out the duty manager to complain, of course lots of apologies & excuses for staff but nothing done.
As we were staying at the hotel I figured that there might be something they would do, even if it was refund the main course that was not eaten but no, hence my feeing that people attend this restaurant need to do so with eyes wide open.
