We stayed at your hotel from July 23-27th.. We had 4 kids with us which always makes for a little more stress lol we went & had breakfast at your restaurant each morning where we enjoyed very much your server (Aline's) service especially the children.. Aline was exceptional, she was very friendly & approachable! We just wanted to let you know how great she was :) Thank you!

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience - while the live music & mocktails were great, we had an issue with the food. Some of the food at our table was good, but I ordered the chicken & when I cut into it, it was completely raw (looked like it wasn't even cooked at all besides the fried batter on top). They apologized profusely & took it back to recook, but when I got the dish back, the chicken had been cut into - which means they either just microwaved the existing chicken (not recooked from scratch), or they recooked it & cut into it to triple check it wasn't raw? Either option not great. As well, they didn't offer to remove the chicken from the bill (which is fine, just a customer service note). Some of the appetizers as well were overly simplified & definitely not worth the price. I would not recommend dining here unless you just want to be comfortable at the resort. Great place to get drinks though!
