J'ai commandé pour apportez.
L'utilisation du sucre dans le tartare de saumon est excessive à mon goût. Le tartare de thon était assez fade. Les makis aussi manquaient de surprise dans la texture & le goût. J'ai essayé ce qui m'apparaissait « étrange », c'est-à-dire l'utilisation du brie dans un rouleau, & ça ne m'a pas convaincu. En gros, une expérience ennuyante pour mon palais. Pour le prix, décevant. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Our first sushi experience in the Quebec City area. We were surprised by the local twist on sushi with the addition of cheese. It was interesting. We enjoyed the'chefs selection' of 24 pieces for two people. I have no idea what we were eating, but we enjoyed it!

Nous avons pris le choix du chef pour 8 personnes. Mes invités n'en reviennent pas tellementtttt que tout était frais, variés & tellement excellent. Ma soirée fut une réussite grâce à vous. Merci au chef.
