Beau restaurant, décoration original, J'y suis aller un dimanche soir, installer en terrasse par une jeune fille souriante & qui nous a tout bien expliqué , très agréable. Le serveur, Thomas, agréable & efficace , il est bien dans son métier sa ce ressent & son coté Français lui donne du professionnalisme que seul les Français ont l'air d'avoir si facilement. Pour les cocktails ils étaient bons, voir très bon, Le plat, mon ami a pris un Fish & chips, très bon, copieux & bien présenté, moi une poutine boeuf braisé, plat copieux bien présenté mais malheureusement trop trop salé ( ce n'était pas la 1ère fois que j'en prenais a ce restau) j'ai même penser qui le cuisinier avait fait tomber tout son sel dans mon assiette. J'ai pas réussi a terminé mon plat a cause de ça, peut-être un accident involontaire, Dessert, forêt noire bon également. Facture, prix correct pour la qualité du lieu, du service & de la nourriture. En résumer, OUI je recommande ce restaurant, ma mésaventure avec mon plat trop salé a dû être un accident . J'y retournerai volontiers.
Je m'attendais à mieux pour le premier bar à Québec qui offre une soirée thématique Harry Potter! Le service était terriblement long & j'ai été déçu de constater que mise à part les décorations, il n'y avait rien de plus.
Overhyped & overpriced for what it is, better options are available in the area. Decor is nice & funky elevator to take to access the bathroom. As others indicated, the singer is also loud & it can be unpleasant if you're eating with company & trying to talk.
Souci du détail pour le décor "english pub" . L'ambiance était très agréable avec un guitariste sur place (bonne playlist). Excellent service. Un concept de bière de microbrasserie "self-service" unique. Très bon fish n ship à la bière & sauce citron poivrée.
Exceptionnel sur toute la ligne. Quelle expérience incroyable en tout point. Le décor est fabuleux, tant dans les tableaux, les drapeaux, les banquettes, les murs de briques, tant d'objets qui font un clin d' oeil à Londres & toutes ses inspirations. Les toilettes à elles seules sont une expérience... mais à vous de découvrir pourquoi😜 le personnel est absolument adorable & d' une gentillesse remarquable. Travail d' équipe exemplaire. La nourriture est délicieuse, raffinée & le soin apporté à la présentation est très apprécié. Spectacle musical qui a certainement ajouté une touche de fantaisie à nos repas tous savoureux les uns que les autres. Cocktails débiles. ...un détour assuré, un incontournable à Québec. Le boeuf Wellington est jouissif!
The restaurant is located really close to the hotel that we stay at, the Pur hotel. It’s basically just across the street. They have a really nice patio during the summertime & a really cosy interior decorated with picture frames of famous English people, such as David Bowie, the queen, & so on . They have a really Cool concept for thé beers 🍻 , where they have a huge fridge where you can select your own (as shown in the video). You basically walk into a large refrigerator & select the type of beer that you want bring it back to your table & the server unlocks the top so that you can pour it in a glass.
On one occasion, The service was a little slow, especially to get dessert & the bill. The server never came back to ask us if we wanted more drinks.
However, more often than not, they have great servers with really fast service. We’ve had the beef Wellington, the flank steak, the lamb, & all the dishes were very delicious.
Food was good & so was the ambiance, there was live music 🎼 that night.
Très bruyant. Nous avions réservé pour un groupe de 11. Menu virtuel seulement, difficile à consulter. Poisson délicieux, frites ok. Le steak est vraiment decevant-viande de mauvaise qualité. Magnifique décor. Service sympa & accueillant. Très difficile de trouver un stationnement.
