The restoration section is no slouch either. We have prepared two different menus to satisfy the most demanding. A first bistro menu / new food that will explode your taste buds joy! But the piece de resistance, you will find in our menu cooking on a hot stone, a unique concept in the region of Quebec. A volcanic stone heated to 850 degrees square served at your table for you to drop off your favorite meat or seafood.
