Bon service sauf que j'ai commandée une poutine Italienne & j'ai été extrèmement déçus.. je n'avais jamais mangée des frites aussi calcinés, brunes, molles & huileuse.. ça serait tant quil change l'huile de leur friteuse. C'est la 2ième fois & la dernière que je commandais une poutine chez Normandin à Alma. Aussi, la sauce italienne goûtait vraiment trop le sel. Je vais avoir des pierres aux reins.. 2 étoiles parceque le fromage était bon & le service.

Nous avons commandé à 12:30 hres & reçu nos plats à 13:07 hres. Le temps d'attente était trop long. La portion pour la poutine était « légère » & les frites étaient trop dures. Le spaghetti était excellent tout comme le service de Roxanne qui est d'ailleurs venue s'excuser du délai .

De retour dans la région pour les vacances, j ai essayer la poutine goofy comme dans le temps. La sauce semblable mais fromage froid & sauce froide. J'ai demandé de m'être au micro-ondes.

Service extrêmement long. Quand tu a qu'une heure pour manger & que ça prend plus de 30 minutes te faire servir il y a un problème. La serveuse qui a passé 3 ou 4 fois pour nous ça s'en vient... Au moins la poutine était bonne. Par contre mon collègue a pas aimé son Pizza-Ghetti.

C’était un peu long mais ça a valut la peine! Très gentils & bon service. J’ai pris le burger géant avec Poutine italienne, c’était délicieux!

La pizza est délicieuse & la poutine aussi , par contre la serveuse pas trop souriante je dirais même pas du tout, elle n'est jamais revenue nous voir si nous

avions besoin d'autre chose pendant le repas. Mais pour la bouffe excellente.
