Ma mère avait réservé pour un groupe de 16 personnes pour le déjeuner dimanche dernier. Elle avait appelé pour réserver plusieurs jours d'avance & avait rappelé pour confirmer. Lorsqu'elle est arrivée dimanche, on lui a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de réservation à son nom & que le normandin ne prenait pas de réservation le dimanche matin ?! 12 autres personnes s'en venaient ... C'est stressant. Ils nous ont finalement fait de la place & une serveuse a roulé les yeux en disant : bon on a un groupe... on ne se sent vraiment pas les bienvenus alors qu'on était des clients qui avaient réservé ... Au final, l'autre serveuse qui nous a servis était fine, même si le service était lent. & la nourriture était correcte. Mais malheureusement à cause de l'accueil médiocre, nous n'y retournerons pas en famille alors que nous étions des habitués.

J'aime bien les restaurants normandin déjeuner presque toute la journée souvent des offres spéciales. C'est agréable. Mais les 3 dernières visite sur celui du boulevard Hamel n'a pas été agréable.Tellement que nous avons décidées de ne plus y retourner. Terrasse fermée avec une superbe belle journée. Ils nous ont servis de l'eau tiède même chaudasse pas de glace. Serveuse désagréable. Merci.

Restaurant bruyant surtout parfait renommé pour équipes jeunes joueurs hockey, pas pour déjeuner relaxant, le service long va selon le personnel sur plancher, resto dépendant de ce qu on recherche comme ambiance
