J'étais un client régulier qui commandait très souvent. J'en est dépensé de l'argent pour eux & en retour. Je commande ma poutine tao gourmande & quand je l'ai reçu elle était très très légères.. il avait pas respecté la portion. Je le sais car j'ai aussi travailler en cuisine chez Normandin 3 ans. J'ai donc appelé & une madame ma répondu j'ai du expliquer pourquoi je faisais mon appel & madame ma mis en attente quand elle est revenue. Elle m'a dit que quelqu'un a dit que je téléphonais souvent pour me plaindre ahaha. C'est tellement pas le cas .. ça m'a mis en colère il ont pas voulu m'en refaire car j'avais déjas pris 2 boucher de ma poutine. J'ai fini par en recevoir une nouvelle mais ça n'a pas été facile.. breff c'est dommage d'en arriver là il perdent un bon client pour une question de $ a 20$

30 minutes de retard sur ma commande car la frite n'était pas prête. J'attendais au comptoir & le cuisinier ne voulait pas se faire déranger par les autres employés pour compléter la commande.

J'ai très bien déjeuner à ce restaurant, une serveuse aux petits soins pour sa clientèle, bref, quand je vais passer à Québec, j'y retournerai !
