Sincèrement j'ai eu envie de donner deux étoiles mais je n'ai pas le même avis pour tous les Normandie alors j'ai donné 3.
Cette fois-ci, le service a été très long, il y avait 3 enfants avec nous donc ce n'était pas très agréable pour eux qui avaient faim. Le restaurant ne débordait pas quand même.
Certains repas sont restés longtemps sur le réchaud.. exemple la crêpes à ma fille était rendue incroyable tellement elle avait séchée. Elle a 3 ans, vous comprendrez que cela m'a vraiment déçue qu'elle ne puisse avoir du plaisir en mangeant sa crêpe!!
Notre café n'était vraiment pas bon.
À ma réservation j'ai demandé une banquette (avec 3 enfants vers plus facile)& en arrivant on me dit que ce n'était pas possible. J'aurais apprécié qu'on me le dise avant.

nous avions réservé & il ne l on pas trouvé a notre arrivé. On nous avait dit que le restaurant ouvrais a 11hrs le 26 décembre (erreur) le 25 .Nous avons attendu a l hotel l ouverture
