Je vais souvent manger en salle je commande assez souvent en ligne, je suis toujours satisfaite mais hier j’ai commandé pour emporter une pizza 4..on a pas tout mangé alors aujourd’hui je me suis aperçu qu’au lieu d’une pizz garnie, j’en avais une au poulet mais personne aime ça, ça peut passer comme erreur mais les pizzas avaient une forme vraiment inégale genre trop de pâte d’un côté & trop cuit de l’autre car pâte trop mince & le goût n’était pas bon sur aucune pizza, j’sais pas s’ils ont changé la sauce ou quoi….0246974398934E+34; je vais y repenser pour une prochaine fois

Nous étions avec 3 jeunes enfants , 1 heure pour recevoir les repas adultes & 30 min pour enfants , il était pourtant 1715 à l arrivée . Aucune proposition d eau durant attente pour nous & les enfants & le serveur nous évitait , on devait lui faire signe pour savoir ce qui se passait . Plus aucune visite ne sera faite au Nornandin & surtout avec des enfants , dommage , vous avez perdu notre clientèle même si on doit comprendre le manque d effectifs , mais à ce moment , faites que votre personnel ne se cache pas & qu il puisse agrémenter notre attente au mons avez breuvages . Même qu il n a jamais offert qu on recommande une bière , ce que nous aurions fait .

Nous avons l'impression qu'il manque de personnel...nous étions 6 mais les assiettes arrivaient 2 par 2 avec beaucoup de temps entre chaque ! Nourriture froide pour au moins 2 personnes également !
