Service is slow but friendly. Waitresses hardly came to the table. Lots of old people 😄 Portions were small for the price. Pizza salad size wouldn't even satisfy a child.

Je suis vraiment découragée de voir qu'une chaîne de restaurant traite ses clients de cette façon.

Un vendredi soir, on commande d'avance avec Uber pour passer une belle soirée tranquille devant un film.

& 30 minutes avant l'heure prévue, le restaurant annule tout simplement la commande.

Aucun appel, aucune solution, juste un clic sur'annuler' comme si ça n'avait aucune conséquence.

C'est un manque de respect total envers les clients. Ce n'est pas parce que la commande passe par Internet qu'on peut se permettre d'annuler à la dernière minute sans explication.

Un changement de plan plate, inutile, & complètement évitable !

MAJ comment parler au comptoir quand c'est en livraison ? C'est à ce demander si cette réponse n'est pas un copié collé de réponse déjà fait … pour moi c'est une compagnie pas fiable pour la livraison si ils peuvent annuler sans scrupule 30 minutes avant la livraison planifiée…

On ne sait pas comment faire un club sandwich. Il était décomposé & on a attendu 10 min avant de voir un serveur pour avoir de la mayonnaise afin que cela se tienne un peu. Le serveur très gentil par contre.

On avait une réservation pour 10 personnes. Quand on est arrivés, on nous a dit que les tables n'étaient pas prêtes & que les clients qui avaient réservé avant nous venaient juste d'être servis. Il fallait attendre qu'ils finissent de manger & qu'ils quittent avant d'avoir notre table. On nous a aussi dit qu'il y aurait environ 1 h 30 d'attente avant de recevoir notre repas. Nous avons finalement annulé & sommes partis manger ailleurs. Une chance qu'on avait une réservation !

Tommy, le serveur rigolo, nous a fait rire toute la soirée en prenant notre commande jusqu'à la facture. Il est allumé sur les répliques comiques, il a de belles phrases rigolotes & amusantes !!
Merci de nous avoir fait passée une meilleure soirée :)

Ho mon Dieu. Le service était très bien mais la nourriture...... Très froid, la sauce bénédictine goûtait le chimique & les patates ont dû être cuite il y a deux jours & remises dans l'huile pour être servies. Yark. Plein d'huile & froides en plus. Je ne recommande pas. 26$ pour ça. Non merci
