My godddd une demie-lasagne & un mini pain à l'ail gratiné 30$ 😂😂😂 C'est rire du monde pas à peu près, resto à boycotter.... Certains restos de beauport offrent la demi-lasagne all-dressed qui est 3 fois la grosseur de ce resto & coûte environ 20$ .... C'est vraiment rire du monde & ce genre de resto trop cherrant, malheureusement devrait prendre le bord, ils profitent de leur clientèle... Pis le livreur qui ose me dire que c'est la vie 😂😂😂🤣

Aux cuisines c'est pas trop sérieux, ils ont oublié la vinaigrette dans la salade & même en la demandant à une des serveuses elle n'est jamais arrivée... Le resto était sale & presque vide. Ça rigolait entre eux en nous oubliant. Dernière fois chez Normandin à Beauport Qc ou ailleur.

Samedi le 11 juillet 2026, 19h15... Nous passons la nuit à l'hôtel Normandin... Pourquoi ne pas aller au restaurant Normandin à 2 min de marche. Accueuil ok, on nous place à une banquette... 5min on kous demande si on veut qqechose à boire... parfait jusque là... on commande notre repas, & c'est là que ça se gâche... presque 30 min pour recevoir une poutine général Tao le tout baignant dans une piscine de sauce pour moi & un poke bowl général Tao pour ma conjointe qui elle son plat sans aucune sauce ou vinaigrette ?? On avise une serveuse de la situation & on nous oublie !!! Passe très fort comme service.... je donne toujours 18% de pourboires mais pas cette fois... 0% la chaîne de resto Normandin vient de me perdre comme client. Désolé 🤔

Très mauvais service, la bouffe est arrivé à Notre table froid, après avoir été laissé sur la tablette en cuisine au moins 20 minutes avant que la serveuse nous l'apporte, elle est passée devant multiples fois sans tenir compte, je n'y retournerai jamais & je ne conseille pas à personne après avoir fait une remarque à la serveuse que nous assiettes étaient froides, elle nous a répondu, j'en ferai commentaire la cuisine & nous a pas offert de lui remplacer ou même juste les réchauffer très mauvaise expérience. Malheureusement c'était notre première expérience chez Normandin Beauport, boulevard Sainte-Anne
