Comme à chaque fois, Normandin s'est démarqué par son manque de service, la lenteur du service & de la cuisine & des plats froids.
J'ai pris un oeuf bénédictine le matin vers 11h : non seulement ça a pris plus de 30 minutes le recevoir, mais c'était froid. J'ai tenté d'interpeller la serveuse à plusieurs reprises & elle était trop occupée à débarasser les autres tables, sans s'occuper de son entourage. Lorsque elle est venue, elle m'a tout de même offert un surplus de sauce chaude, ce que j'ai refusé considérant que la sauce était beaucoup trop salée.
Chaque Normandin, peu importe lequel, offre le même piètre service ! Faut croire que leur seul élément constant est la médiocrité!
Cette fois-ci, je n'ai pas interpellé le gérant. La seule chose qu'ils font, c'est d'offrir une carte cadeau de 20$, mais aucun signe d'amélioration en géneral.
Je l'ai déjà écrit, mais cette fois, on ne m'y reprendra plus!

Breakfasts are very good !
Well, I went there in June 2026, has changed a lot, breakfasts are no longer as good as they used to be :(
I gave 5 stars, now it's barely a 3 stars !

My family & I went there for the breakfast during our stay in Quebec & we found the place wonderful. Tasty food & a nice environment, we will definitely revisit. Special thanks to Lucie for her warm hospitality!
