Je n'avais jamais mangé chez Normandin &, puisque je viens de Montréal, il n'y en a pas chez nous. J'ai entendu que de belles choses, alors nous avons décidé d'y aller lors de notre visite à Québec.

Au départ, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la première serveuse. Les menus sont également arrivés très rapidement.

C'est à la suite que tout se gâche. Une autre serveuse a pris la relève & avait une attitude très prononcée de « je-m'en-foutisme ». Une fois que nous avons donné notre commande : disparition quasi complète.

D'autres tables sont arrivées après nous, ont reçu leurs commandes & ont terminé de manger avant même que nous puissions goûter à notre première bouchée.

Plus de 50 minutes se sont écoulées & nous étions sur le point de partir lorsqu'un gentil monsieur s'est présenté avec nos plats. Il n'était clairement pas un serveur.

Nous avions très faim, alors nous avons mangé nos plats, qui étaient froids. & que dire de ces plats? Ma demi lasagne était d'un format de stroumphe & les côtes, clairement des côtes de style en boite précuite de l'épicerie. Pas mauvais, mais pas bon non plus.

Une fois nos assiettes terminées, la mystérieuse serveuse est réapparue pour débarrasser nos assiettes & nous demander si nous avions bien mangé.

C'est alors que je lui ai dit que, malgré le fait que nos assiettes étaient vides, la nourriture était froide & que nous n'étions pas satisfaits.

Aucune tentative de corriger la situation. Juste : « On est très occupés. Voulez-vous un café ou un dessert? »

NON! & attendre encore 50 minutes pour une tarte fondue & un café froid? 😂
