Comportement de la serveuse 👎🏻 Service de la serveuse parfait jusqu'au paiement; la facture étant bcp plus élevée que prévu, nous avons donner un pourboire un peu plus bas que la moyenne (pourboire ≠ obligatoire). Voici l'échange avec la serveuse : -Avez-vous apprécier le service? -Oui excellent! -Ok parce que vous avez donné un pourboire inférieur à xx% 😡 ? -La facture était plus élevée que prévu donc... •La serveuse est partie frustrée en ne disant absolument rien, pas de bonne journée ou merci quand même (alors que nous étions rester polis malgré la situation). Ce devant TOUS les autres clients & assez fort pour qu'ils entendent. Non seulement c'est une humiliation publique, mais en plus les autres clients avaient la même serveuse & donc cet échange pourrait les mettre en stress par rapport à leur moyen pour le pourboire. Cela a gâché notre soirée, ne nous donne plus envi de revenir & nous fais regretter de lui avoir donner ne serait-ce qu'une once de tip. Merci pour rien.

Je suis très déçue. J'ai commandé une cuisse avec frites & salade de choux vers 2 h 40. Le poulet était bon, par contre la sauce était un peu gélatineuse & les frites n'étaient pas fraîches. On aurait dit des frites réchauffées du midi, vraiment ordinaire. La livraison a été rapide.

Nos repas ont été servis rapidement, ce qui est particulièrement apprécié lorsqu'on a des enfants affamés ! Le napperon à dessiner/activités a été apprécié également. La serveuse était sympathique & disponible au besoin.
