J'aime bien aller au Normandin. J'y vais régulièrement mais c'était la première fois sur Bouvier. J'ai été déçu car j'avais indiqué lors de la réservation que nous avions une personne avec mobilité réduite. Mon père a une marchette. En arrivant au restaurant, l'hôtesse ne me demande pas mon nom & part rapidement dans le restaurant. Elle nous amène à l'autre bout du restaurant & on devait circuler dans les allées étroites. Ce n'était pas évident. Je me demande à quoi ça sert d'indiquer cette information lors de la réservation. L'hôtesse n'était pas très réceptive. Par contre, on a très bien mangé & notre serveuse était parfaite.

Très satisfait du service des serveuses & du gérant du restaurant.
Les participants à mon déjeuner rencontre étaient très satisfaits aussi.
J'organiserai sans doute d'autres rencontrres au Normandin Rue Bouvier.

Nous étions 5 au lieu de 4, on nous a placé dans le bar ou une seule serveuse était dispo pour le service, c`est sur que ce n`est pas l`idéale, on contuera de frequente votre succursale Bouvier mais on refusera l`invitation d`aller au ba

Tout était parfait, mais j'en profite pour vous mentionnez qu'en général, lorsque je vais déjeuner chez Normandin avec mon journal (ce que plusieurs font), c'est souvent un peu sombre pour être en mesure de la lire adéquatement. & cela vaut pour la plupart des établissements ou je vais (Henri-Bourassa, Bouvier, Soumande & 3e Avenue). Bonne journée.
