A 15:20 Commandez club avec fromage a la place des tomates, un extra mayo au poivre, une soupe, poutine italienne comme accompagnement. Reçu commande a 16:50 pain brûlé & dure comme la roche, aucune mayo, pas de fromage, soupe & poutine complètement froide. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné a 16:30 ils m'ont dit que la livraison est partie depuis 30 minutes. Lorsque je leurs est dit que ça fait 1 heures que j'ai commandé la réponse que j'ai eu est......ven comme je vous est dit il est partie déjà.

Pire visite en 15 ans de loyauté client. Service execrable, erreur de commande, erreur de facturation. Tout ca mis sur le dos de l affluence, donc pas d excuse de la part de la serveuse qui s est deresponsabilisé entièrement... c'etait un midi comme les autres pas de line up ou surcharge de clients les tables n etaient pas toutes occupées ... une chance qu'on est pas du monde stressé dans la vie .... mais de notre tablée 2 ne veulent plus y retourner ... ceux qui ont ete servi 30 min apres les autres & constemment eu a courrir l attention de la serveuse .. meme le ti gars de la vaisselle essayait de faire le service comme il pouvait pour donner un coup de main voyant bien que ca faisait pas de sens ... high 5 à ce jeune homme, une des étoiles est pour lui ... on fait 3h de route nos 2 familles chacun de notre bord pour faire un bout de trajet & diner ensemble en famille ... 6h de route aller retour, on s espere toujours un moment agreable .... ca n'a pas ete au rendez vous cette fois.
