Un bel entre-deux entre du'chic' & du fast-food ;) On aime particulièrement les déjeuners de semaine (shout-out à Frédérique à la bonne humeur communicative!), la pizza (sur place & en livraison) & les menus enfant à prix abordable (parfait quand on a une grosse famille!) La vue sur la rivière de la terrasse ou en salle à manger est toujours agréable :)

J'ai attendu 30 minute pour une pizza & un Pepsi a emporter. Je reçois une pizza froide & pas de Pepsi, n'aller jamais là bas c'est le pire endroit de saint Catherine.

Ma commande pour aller chercher: pizza garnie de 9'' avec un extra de sauce Très déçue,,,,en apparence on dirait une pizza européenne....mince! Le péppéroni une épaisseur bien étirée, pas de sauce alors que j'ai payé pour un extra! peu de fromage, pas de champignon pas de poivron...une version de pauvre alors que j'ai payer au dela de $20.00 ? C'était ma dernière commande! Bye Bye Normandin !!!!

Commandé à 19h04 devait arriver à 20h04.
Avons reçu commande à 20h18.

Livreur super sympathique & s'excuse pour le délai. 5⭐?

Notre réponse : pas de stress, y a pas de problème, nous sommes vendredi.

Le problème est que la pizza est froide (même après 60 secondes de micro-ondes) la pâte n'est pas cuite & les frites ne le sont pas plus, molettes & huileuses. 😔

Rappel au restaurant pour les informer, on nous offres de refaire la commande & de livrer à nouveau. 4 ⭐?

Réponse : Désolé il est rendu 20h30, ce n'est pas la première fois que ca arrive. Nous n'attendrons pas encore 1 heure de plus sans s'avoir…

Conclusion : ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive & nous nous sommes abstenus de commentaires à quelques reprises mais à un moment donné, assez est assez.
