J'adore la sauce spag du Normandin. Super bonne ainsi que leurs Pizza. Moins cher dans les Metro & en magasin congelés que celle déjà préparer en resto. Merci Normandin

Commandé à 19h04 devait arriver à 20h04.
Avons reçu commande à 20h18.

Livreur super sympathique & s'excuse pour le délai. 5⭐?

Notre réponse : pas de stress, y a pas de problème, nous sommes vendredi.

Le problème est que la pizza est froide (même après 60 secondes de micro-ondes) la pâte n'est pas cuite & les frites ne le sont pas plus, molettes & huileuses. 😔

Rappel au restaurant pour les informer, on nous offres de refaire la commande & de livrer à nouveau. 4 ⭐?

Réponse : Désolé il est rendu 20h30, ce n'est pas la première fois que ca arrive. Nous n'attendrons pas encore 1 heure de plus sans s'avoir…

Conclusion : ce n'est pas la première fois que cela arrive & nous nous sommes abstenus de commentaires à quelques reprises mais à un moment donné, assez est assez.

J'ai été déjeuner & la serveusse nous a accueilli un peu froidement mais c'est repris à la fin avec un peu d'humour. Pendant le repas elle a accueilli des gens à la table à côté de nous & elle a été bête avec une employé qui venait prendre son secteur. Les oeufs étaient vraiment pas cuit mais le reste était tout de même bon.

Liqueur chaude & dessert littéralement gelé (tarte). La poutine de ma fille avait l'air d'un bouilli. Le service a prit 2 heures alors que le restaurant était loin d'être plein. C'est assez décevant !
