Nous avons logés 3 nuits à l'hôtel Universel.
Étant donné que le Pacini est dans nos restaurants préféré nous étions content qu'il soit à même l'hôtel.

Notre premier repas était le lundi au souper. L'accueil fut ordinaire & expéditif.
Nous avons demandé de l'eau pétillante mais il a fallu le demander 3x avant d'en avoir... vers la fin du repas... Pourtant le restaurant n'était pas si plein.

Nous sommes arrivés à 18h20 & avons été servi à 19h30...

Le lendemain nous avons décidés d'aller déjeuner. La serveuse pas très souriante.
Dès le départ on a demandé des dessins pour les enfants on a du le redemandé on les a eu 2 minutes avant le repas.
Pendant que nous étions là il y a eu 2 anniversaires, ils mettent leur chanson disont très forte ... ok, sauf que après ils n'ont pas baissé le volume. Très désagréable pour déjeuner.

Je ne sais pas si notre serveuse était nouvelle, mais elle ne semblait pas vraiment en contrôle... on l'a voyait qui semblait ne pas trop savoir quoi faire.

1 points positifs les 2x au moins le repas étaient bon !

Service TRÈS TRÈS lent, plusieurs erreurs dans les commandes. Séjournant à l hôtel c était un choix facile mais qui n a pas répondu a nos attentes. Peut-être que ce sera mieux une prochaine fois, Parce-que pour le prix c était décevant.

Une ambiance chaleureuse..Un excellent service..La serveuse s'est bien occupée de nous toujours avec le sourire..Vous avez respecté l'emplacement demandé dans le restaurant..Les mets choisis étaient excellents avec une généreuse portion..Rien de négatif à signaler..Nous avons passé mes soeurs & moi une excellente soirée…Nous avons été servies par Mlle Meggie G…Une vraie petite perle..Sincèrement Nicole Harvey🌸🌸

L'entrée & le plat principal étaient assez bien présentés & goûteux. Toutefois, le service était TRÈS lent. Mes pâtes étaient un peu figées à force d'avoir attendu au réchaud sûrement. 2h20 pour un petit souper.

Nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes. Nous avions pas réservé, mais la salle à manger était vide. La personne à l'accueil était très fâché que nous avions pas réservé. Sinon, très bonne nourriture & service rapide.
