Malheureusement, ce n'était pas à la hauteur ce matin. La commande a été livrée à la table avec de la sauce hollandaise dans une assiette qui devait pas en avoir & vice versa pour la seconde assiette. Très peu de pommes de terre dans la cassolette mais bon service. Encore une fois, la recette est carrément à changer car c'est très sec...
