Bonjour, ma femme est intolérante au Gluten & sont plât de nouilles sans gluten était très dur. Les nouilles manquaient de cuisson. probablement que le cuisinier à fait cuir les nouille sans gluten le même temps que des nouille normal, cependant il faut prévoir le double de temps de cuisson. Aussi, il y avait un party de bureau très bruyant qui dérangeait malheureusement tout le monde. Il aurait fallu les placer dans un endroit plus isoler. Merci
