Bonjour, J'étais une cliente très fidèles surtout en 2023 . Mais en 2024 mes 2 dernières commandes m'ont beaucoup déçu. Amatrice de panuozzo, ses dernières ont été brûlées presque immangeables. Dans celui végétarien, il n'y avait qu'une sorte de salade César dans mon pain ( du jamais vue !) Sans parler du service, j'ai attendu ma commande 1h30 pour finalement entendre dire , qu'il n'avait pas reçu ma commande, alors que j'utilise tjrs le même procédé : J'appelle pour prendre a emporter. Je suis consciente que ça n'a pas tjrs été de même , mais ce n'était pas la même équipe que d'habitude qui m'ont servi a ces 2 reprises la. Peut être une erreur de recrutement ou de formation... Mon bon vieux panuozzo me manque ...
