Ma mère est tombée tête première en sortant des toilettes en trébuchant sur des chaises hautes « stackées » dans le chemin.

Elle a crié en tombant, a été confuse pendant de longues minutes & a brisé ses lunettes de vue. Aucun employé ou serveur n'est jamais venu nous aider malgré le fait qu'ils nous ont vu accroupi pour aider ma mère confuse, à part une autre cliente qui nous a demandé si nous étions corrects.

Lorsque nous sommes revenus à table, nous avons insisté afin d'être au moins dédommagé pour ce que nous avons commandé. La serveuse a dit qu'elle allait s'informer auprès du gérant & nous est revenue en affirmant clairement qu'ils ne dédommagent pas ce genre de situations & que les chaises hautes sont à cet endroit depuis longtemps (comme si c'était une excuse valable).

Nous ressortons bredouilles du restaurant, avec des lunettes cassées, ma mère qui a mal aux côtes & au genou en raison de sa chute & qui est en état de choc.

Nous donnons ZÉRO à ce restaurant, si on peut même le désigner comme tel.

Tu arrive au comptoir, on te tend ta commande & s'en va s'en rien dire, peut être nous demander si on veut du ketchup, ou dire merci?? & j'ai donné du tip pour ça, pas le choix d'en laisser sur le site & aucun service au comptoir, la prochaine fois ce sera 0.00$

La portion du bébé poutine est ridicule, c'est dans un petit cup de sauce, 5/6 frites pour 5.00$ franchement!

La pizza est ok, sans plus
