Premier commande , 45 minutes de retard , il n'offre un rabais de 25$ , je leur donne une 2e chance… je recois ma pizza a l'heure, mais froide & avec un gout de congelateur & de viande passée date! A ne pas sugerer si vous ne voulez pas etre malade !!

Nous avons commandé deux pizzas & un jus de pomme à 18h36. Il est maintenant 20h06 & nous n'avons toujours pas reçu notre commande.

Nous avons appelé deux fois pour savoir si elle était en route. La première fois, à 19h30, on nous a dit que le livreur arriverait dans 15 minutes. Nous avons rappelé à 20h00, & on nous a encore répondu que le livreur était à 15 minutes. Nous sommes pourtant situés à seulement 18 minutes du restaurant.

C'est la première & la dernière fois que nous commandons chez Salvatore.

Lorsqu'on appelle pour une livraison de pizza, ce serait bien de venir livrer malgré les explications de l'adresse & l'appel téléphonique, l'agent en question n'a pas à raccrocher au nez du client.
