The Irish Pub Chez Murphy’s, founded in 2015 in the heart of Old Quebec, pays homage to the city’s Irish heritage. Festive atmosphere with live music every day made by local musicians, you'll hear folk, jazz, pop and blues. Its enchanting decor of wood and ancestral stones will charm you. Come and enjoy a pizza cooked in an oven specially designed for pizzas, fish and chips or their delicious ribs. You will find a wide variety of cocktails and Quebec beer. Moreover, Murphy's will become a microbrewery in 2022 by brewing its beer directly on site! Welcome children!

Nice place, nice beer, nice food. Correct price for the area. Could be noisy depending on your mood.

Had a late night snack attack. Not many places open on a Sunday night at 2300.

This venue was open & had lots of people inside. Got seated right away.

Service was very good. Had their classic poutine, the small was plenty enough & was good. Their version does come with very large pieces of cheese curds, so if you prefer it that way, you're in luck. I prefer slightly smaller with more gravy.

Very good late night snack nonetheless.

Their menu is quite large, lots of beers from all over. Large space, music was at a good volume & decor is interesting.

Would recommend without hesitation.

My sister & I were strolling through the streets of old Québec & heard this blues music coming from Murphy's. We decided to drop in & have a pre-dinner drink. We were happy to discover the music was live. We stayed over an hour to enjoy all sorts of tunes, a mix-up of blues, folk & free style. We didn't catch the artist's name but were told there is music almost every day at Murphy's. Definitely worth a visit, & although we did not eat there, the food looked & smelled delicious.

Une bonne ambiance de Pub irlandais comme on aime. La Guinness est bonne, & les bières brassées sur place valent le détour. Si je retourne sur Québec j'y retournerai

The Guiness came in a small glass, only about half the size of a real Guiness glass. I had the fish & chips. The French fries were very good. The fish was overcooked & was tough to cut & eat. I would hesitate going back.

Great poutine! Lots of choices. We had the Murphy & Saucisse poutine. Very generous portions. We like the Quebec beer too. Servers were very friendly & accommodating with our very
limited French.

Nous sommes allés manger à votre resto hier nous étions un groupe en autobus wow quel découverte le service impeccable la nourriture très bonne ( pour moi c'était le Fish & chips) le patron très sympathiqueil y avait même un chanteur dans la place bravo à toutes l'équipe continuer vôtre beau travail
