Yesterday, we had a great dinner at Pizzeria no 900 on Maguire street in our beloved Sillery. The dinner was perfect starting with red wine & Lemoncocco beverage. I wish they would sell it for taking home! I had a fresh fig & goat cheese pizza & a small entre, made with melted cheese, Italian ham & arugula. Everything was fresh & tasted delicious, even the bun baked with their dough. The pizza was full of lovely flavor & combined a slightly salty taste of chevre with a sweetness of fresh figs. Not greasy, not hard to eat, thin & just great for my taste (& I can be difficult as far as the food goes)! The orange & pistachio canolli were also very flavorful & enjoyable. The day was hot, but the inside of the restaurant we were rather comfortable because of their AC. The waitress was super friendly & efficient. A really great casual dining - this is how I would describe my experience at this restaurant.

Une etoile en moins car la burrata, bien que tres bonne, est vraiment petite.

Je suis un habitué du Pizza 900 Maguire. Toujours bien reçu par les serveuses, on voit les sourires mêmes avec les masques !
Samedi le 14 août, nous étions quatre. Vos pizzas sont les meilleures en ville, authentiques.
