Said by an italian with roots in Naple & also chef : tell the pizzaiolo to clean the oven because the burn at the bottom of the pizza is not for over cooking. & cook the pizza. It was raw.
You can improve but this first experience was not good. As mentioned the service was nice.

Chiaramente credo che il pizzaiolo non è mai stato a Napoli perché la pizza non ha niente della pizza napoletana. 1) forno sporco che lascia le strisciate di bruciato sul fundo 2) cotta malissimo ovvero l'impasto è crudo e gommoso. Date retta ad un italiano con nonno Napoletano. Fatevi un bel viaggio di una settimana a Napoli e poi dopo aver imparato a fare la pizza (nemmeno quella napoletana) potrete parlare di pizza. L'acqua che servite sembra di berla direttamente dalla piscina tanto è il cloro che c'è' dentro. Esistono anche i filtri come brida che costano poco. Grazie di averci provato ma non credo ci ritornerò. Sevizio cortese ed efficiente ma manca tutto il resto

I really like this place & their pizza, which is a cousin to traditional Neapolitan style. For Quebec it's one of my favorite places to get pizza, but as a New Yorker I miss having more flavorful & filling pizzas. I can eat two pies here!
