Nous y sommes allés Samedi Soir dernier. Nous étions habitués à un certain standard de qualité de nouriture mais quelle déception ce soir-là. Avons commandé entre autres la pizza aux légumes grillés, qui s'est faite attendre ... qui ne contenait aucun légume grillé à l'exception de quelques morceaux de chou Kale ( 1gm gros max ) , quelques tomates coupées en deux , oignons , quelques olives (5-6 olives ) , une purée ( en boite ? ) d'artichauts & sauce tomate qui couvrait à peine le centre de la pizza . Que dire de la pâte sans gluten ... On nous avait habitué à bien meilleur depuis quelques temps mais ils sont retournés à leur pâte peu agréable en bouche de leur tout début ! Dommage car nous aimions Pizza 900 Limoilou pour y être allés très souvent, mais qu'il soit devenu une chaîne où les pizzas sont formatés selon un moule précis... leur ont fait perdre en qualité ...alors qu'avant on pouvait sentir un peu l'inspiration du Chef en cuisine ...

Fantastic pizza, wonderful toppings & really pleasant staff & atomosphere. Making a reservation is preferred. We didn't have one, but the staff were kind enough to include us in the bar seating. We enjoyed a fantastic pizza made in their massive oven. The dough was fantastic. We got the artichoke & an arugula sausage one. I enjoyed a fantastic local beer. & the prices were very reasonable.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant lors de notre première soirée à Québec & nous y sommes retournés une 2eme fois tellement c'était bon ! Service impeccable (toujours une petite place pour notre poussette), bons conseils pour les vins, pizzas fabuleuses & les desserts très très bons aussi ! Coup de coeur pour les cannolis !

Il y a vraiment de la bonne pizza & des gens sympathiques à Limoilou, la pizzeria no 900 est un parfait exemple. Essayez la pizza à la saucisse italienne avec pesto de rapini, absolument délicieux!
