During our trip to Quebec City, we initially found ourselves stuck in an overcrowded & overrated restaurant in the main tourist area, waiting endlessly for a meal. Thankfully, on the second day, we decided to explore beyond the usual tourist spots & stumbled upon this charming pizzeria - an absolute hidden gem! The restaurant exudes a quaint European vibe, offering a cozy & welcoming atmosphere. More importantly, the food & service were exceptional! On our first visit, we enjoyed the La Bolognese Pizza & Chicken Parmigiana for mains, followed by a delightful Crème Brûlée for dessert. Every bite was flavorful & perfectly cooked, making it one of the best food experiences of our trip. We loved it so much that we returned the next day! This time, we ordered Spaghetti Alla Napoletana &, of course, the Chicken Parmigiana again. The food was consistently brilliant, & the staff's warm & attentive service made it even more enjoyable. If you're in Quebec City & looking for a place to escape the crowds while indulging in delicious, high-quality meals, I can't recommend this pizzeria enough. It's worth the short walk from the main area - your taste buds will thank you!
Nice place, cozy, small. I went during the holidays, so there was a line outside to be seated. Recommended to make reservation. Food was good. Not many servers. So they are running around. & just waiting for you to stand up to be able to sit others. Other than that is a good restaurant.
If you want to eat the authentic pizza but vegan , this is the place ! Their vegan garlic bread is to die for !!!!!!! Best in taste ! Must recommend ! Would come back for more ! *15-20 min wait on busy days (Christmas eve)! Dress for the weather !*

Fantastic dinner with my wife, small atmosphere so make reservations to be sure you get in. We would recommend & will return if ever in the area again.
Je recommande ce restaurant. On était en famille, 8 personnes, un samedi soir, ils se sont arrangés. Service impeccable, bons plats & prix correct. On y a passé une très bonne soirée durant notre séjour à Québec.
Un resto très sympa. Malgré que c'était pas mal booké d'avance ils ont réussi à nous trouver une table même si on arrivait a la dernière minute. Le personnel est très chaleureux & accueillant. Le service par Esteban était vraiment bon. La pizza sans gluten était excellente & elle avait un bon goût de pizza au four a bois. Je recommande ce restaurant.
After walking around Old Town on a chilly afternoon, my family & I decided to get some pizza. We saw Polina from across the street & knew instantly we wanted to eat there. We were welcomed with smiles to this quaint pizzeria. At the entrance, we walked in right behind the guy delivering fresh pizza dough. This was a great sign that everything is made fresh. There's a warmth to this place, & the scent of fresh Basil from the Basil pots they have alongside the windows & fresh pizza really make you long for some Margherita pizza's. So we ordered a large Margherita & a large Cheese Pizza. We also got some fries on the side. Everything was delicious!!! Fresh, fresh, Fresh & tasty! We sat in the corner by a window, so we go to people watch as well. We did not want to leave! Our server's name was Matt & he was really great at checking up on us & refilling the drinks! We highly recommend this place & we look forward to going there again!
