We were waiting for second course for at least 1.5 hours at the time when the restaurant was half empty! When we brought our concern about it to hostess, instead of apologizing she said, "we are very busy" at the time when all other customers around our table already left. Our waiter never returned to us at all. Service was just horrible!!! Would never recommend anyone to visit this place As for food, it was not better than in McDonald's:)

We had an excellent meal & A-1 service from your entire team. What's more, the on-site wine waiter recommended some excellent wines to accompany our meal.
Since I already know the Portofino very well, I knew what to expect. On the other hand, the 4 other people who were with me were delighted & loved their experience.

Excellent service & plats délicieux. Un étoile en moins pour la portion de lasagne qui était plus 1/4 que 1/2 portion. Une personne de notre groupe est rester sur sa faim, malgré les recommandations du serveur.

My 3 girlfriends & I went to Portofino for a birthday celebration. The pasta was exquisite, Fernando was serving us, he kept us entertained, & laughing all night. Beautiful location with a cute outdoor patio, great for people watching. We sat outside, & it was lovely. After dinner Fernando surprised us with a cake for our friend & we all sang even people on the street joined in! What a memorable experience, highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!

Délicieux, à prix abordable. Belle ambiance & très bon service. La meilleure Minestrone à ce jour.
Système de communication avec les employés très contemporain ( cube à empreinte tactile)
Menu varié & cocktails sans alcool délicieux. Nous le recommandons.

Had a wonderful dinner & bottle of Chianti. I had the lasagna, which was phenomenal. Seating is a bit tight. Service & staff are excellent. Highly recommend. We went back Sunday afternoon for pizza, which was excellent. Love this place!
