The dining experience was great! Our reservation was for 6:30pm & we arrived early & the hostess was gracious in changing our reservation & taking us in earlier as we had arrived at around 5:30pm. The service was excellent, even though it was very busy. The Italian cuisine was excellent. We booked online & it was very simple. I would recommend Portofino - Restaurant Italien du View-Quebec if you are into Italian cuisine.

Excellent service & amazing food!! A must to eat here if you are visiting Quebec City! It started to rain & they offered to bring us inside to sit at the bar, even though they had a very long line up to get in. I would recommend making a reservation before eating here to avoid the line ups.

Le meilleur restaurant italien de la ville de Québec! Des plats merveilleux, une ambiance chaleureuse, un service impeccable!!!! Sans oublier le chansonnier qui nous fait oublier qu'on est à Québec & non en Italie! Je recommande ce restaurant a tout le monde qui adorent comme moi les mets italiens! Pour moi ce restaurant n'est pas un 5 étoile mes un 10 étoiles ⭐️!!!!

'avais un bon souvenir du Portofino. Ambiance italienne, festive, mets d'une qualité supérieure. Mais ce n'est pas ce que j'ai vécu lundi. Le service était excellent, mais l'expérience non au rendez-vous. La nourriture était correcte, sans plus. Musique non d'ambiance italienne, rapport qualité-prix moyen inférieur, aucune attention particulière même si j'ai mentionné que c'était l'anniversaire de ma conjointe (Je l'avais aussi indiqué dans la réservation. ), pour la nourriture, délai excessif, quantité non au rendez-vous, frites excessivement salées, pas de mayo maison... Est-ce dû à un manque de personnel à la suite de la COVID-19 ? A moins d'une sérieuse correction, je ne recommande plus le Portofino. C'est un bistrot aux prix trop élevés, sans plus.
